Firstly, we are: - all parents, all working, some in teaching. The aims and objectives of Term Time Network are simply to help those in need of help. So when you register with us, we will strive to find help for you that is both local and specific to your individual requirements.
When we receive your Term Time Network registration form we will send you an e-mailed response to acknowledge receipt. After you have registered with us you will be able to login to the members area where you can update your details if your circumstances change.
Whilst you are registered with Term Time Network, we will:-
- Search for a match to your specific needs within or near your area.
- Retain all your details confidentially on file for a period of twelve months from the date of your registration.
If we find a match within or near your area we will:-
- Forward the email address(es) of the service provider(s) to the email address(es) of those requiring this service.
- Inform the service provider via e-mail that their details have been forwarded.
- We will continue to pass on appropriate matches for your period of registration unless we receive an email informing us that a desired match has been made and further contacts are no longer required or desired.
If we do not find a suitable match within your twelve months of registration, you can either renew your registration at a reduced fixed fee or inform Term Time Network that you no longer wish to be held on file and all your records will be deleted from our database. Should you choose to renew your registration, we will continue searching for matches and contact you, as above, as soon as a match becomes available.
